Give us 72 hours notice and Chef Pierre, assisted by our Sommelier, Allyson Gorsuch, will create a 5-6 course wine and food paring for four to eight people in the Saint Louis Room, on any Monday through Friday evening that a la carte is being served on the 15th floor. The price is contingent upon your selections. This dinner is available only when chosen for your entire group; no substitutions will be made.
