Our kitchen boasts a team of experienced chefs, including Executive Chef Pierre Chambrin, former Executive Chef to The White House.
Chef Pierre is renowned for creating wonderful cuisine menus. He will be happy to design a tailor-made menu, or you may choose from our pre-selected dinner menus. Our Catering Department consults directly with the Executive Chef, and can create a menu to suit your specifications.
The Saint Louis Club Catering Department can also assist by scheduling music, ordering table decorations, floral arrangements, menus and placecards, audio visual equipment, and chocolate items such as menus, chocolate logos, and customized boxes of chocolates.
We are logistically practical for large scale entertaining. From our underground parking facility to the carefully laid out elevator lobbies, attention has been given to the smooth flow of guests. The elevator lobbies exit into cocktail lounges, coat rooms and the restrooms. The large cocktail lounges have several exits and provide excellent traffic flow for a variety of entertainment formats.
