General Information
From
Weddings to Corporate Meetings and Banquets to Birthdays and Anniversary Parties,
we specialize in making your private party as wonderful as you imagine it should be.
Every detail is attended to with professional assistance provided in
menu selection, floral design, room decor and musical entertainment.
Our kitchen boasts a team of experienced chefs, including Executive Chef Pierre Chambrin,
former Executive Chef to The White House. Chef Pierre is renowned for creating
wonderful cuisine menus. He will be happy to design a tailor-made menu, or you may
choose from our four pre-selected dinner menus.Our Catering Department consults directly
with the Executive Chef,
and can create for you a tailored menu to suit your specifications.
The Saint Louis Club Catering Department can also assist by scheduling music, ordering
table decorations, floral arrangements, menus and placecards, audio visual equipment, and
chocolate items such as menus, chocolate logos, and customized boxes of chocolates.
We are logistically practical for large scale entertaining. From our underground
parking facility to the carefully laid out elevator lobbies, attention has been given to
the smooth flow of guests. The elevator lobbies exit into cocktail lounges, coat
rooms and the restrooms. The large cocktail lounges have several exits and provide
excellent traffic flow for a variety of entertainment formats.
The Siderooms and other Banquet Rooms
The 15th floor siderooms are five small dining rooms perfect for business
entertaining. The siderooms are decorated to provide the intimate atmosphere of
entertaining in your own home, and can accommodate from two to 22 people. For groups of 12
or under you may order from the a la carte menu on the 15th floor. Our siderooms boast one
foot thick sound-insulated walls which separate each room from the others. To further
ensure privacy, call buttons located in each dining room produce prompt but discreet
service. Additional meetings and banquet rooms are also available for larger
functions of up to 300 people.
Weddings
The Saint Louis Club also offers full service wedding planning. Our professional wedding
coordinators will assist you with your selection of menu, wines, specialty linens,
florist, musicians, photographer, or any other special services which will make your event
an evening to truly remember.
