Our private, members-only fine dining Club in the heart of Clayton seeks team-oriented staff members for our a la carte and banquet service teams. You don’t have to have hospitality experience to succeed in our operation. We use interviews and assessments to place all staff appropriately. We promote from within and equip team members with high-level knowledge about wine, spirits, culinary trends and marketing, so you’ll feel comfortable and confident serving our region’s most interesting and accomplished citizens and serving visiting dignitaries & celebrities from cities all over the world.

AVAILABLE POSITIONS:

  • Bartender
    • Our ideal candidate has two years of tending experience at a craft-style bar (well versed in jigger use, knowledge of base spirits & amari, proper stirring techniques, etc.). S/he must have working knowledge of wine varietals and beer types.

      NOTE: We’re willing to give the right candidate training and support to master our high level of bartending skills, so don't let these expectations keep you from applying.

      Typical Hours:

      3:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.*
      Monday through Saturday
      Hourly Pay: $14 - $20 based on experience and test results.
      *Special events occasionally go past midnight, but often we see those coming.

  • Greeter/Concierge
    • Our ideal candidate has a minimum of two years of fine dining hosting experience at upscale restaurants.

      Typical Hours:

      9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. for Lunch
      4 p.m. to 10 p.m. for Dinner.
      Hourly pay: $13- $14 for new hires.

We base placement in our system and compensation on experience and assessment results.

      Typical Hours:

      Primarily, we look for candidates who can work DINNER hours
      Start Time: 3:30 p.m.
      Typical End Time: 9:30 p.m. Monday - Thursday
      10 p.m. Friday & Saturday

      We add BREAKFAST & LUNCH hours to fulfill Full-Time status.
      Typical Start Times:
      Breakfast: 6 a.m.
      Lunch: 9:30 a.m.
      Typical End Time: 2:30 p.m.
      Hourly pay: $12 - $20
