  • DRESS CODE

    • Corner Bar, The Bistro -- BUSINESS CASUAL AT ALL TIMES -- business-denim-friendly (meaning dark or white non-distressed denim (no rips, shreds or frays)), collared shirts for men, comparable attire for women, no shorts, no athletic shoes and no athletic attire, please. We do allow "fashion sneakers" -- the upscale kind of casual shoe that features leather on top and sneaker soles. [PICTURED BELOW]
      Private Meeting Rooms -- BUSINESS CASUAL, non-distressed, business-denim-friendly unless the private-event host elevates the dress code.


      The Saint Louis Room (our formal dining room) -- we require a jacket for men at lunch and dinner (tie optional), collared shirts for men, comparable attire for women (a dress or business suit, skirt or slacks with a blouse or pants suit).
      Private Meeting Rooms -- we allow the meeting sponsor to set the dress code within the Club's Dress Code, which may include business-appropriate denim.
      Annual Pub Crawl & Family Halloween Parties -- these celebrations qualify as exceptions to our fine-dining formality, when members may wear more-casual denim (or St. Paddy's day green or Halloween costumes).

      Banquet Rooms
      Forest Park & Confluence Ballrooms, The Gallery -- we allow the sponsor to set the dress code for his/her private event (within the Club's Dress Code).
      Seafood Buffet Nights -- we require a jacket for men (tie optional), comparable attire for women (a dress or business suit, skirt or slacks & blouse or pants suit).

      MORE DRESS CODE DETAILS:
      WE DO NOT ALLOW ... torn, faded or ripped jeans or denim, shorts, t-shirts, flip-flops, athletic shoes or athletic wear of any kind, sports sandals nor collarless shirts for men. This applies to all guests, all ages.

      MEMBERS MUST NOTIFY THEIR GUESTS about the attire permitted in the area where they plan to entertain.

  • SMOKING POLICY
    • In accordance with the ordinance approved by the City of Clayton, smoking is not permitted anywhere in the Saint Louis Club. This includes all public, private and back-of-the-house areas.

  • TECHNOLOGY POLICY
    • The Bistro, Saint Louis Room, Club Functions

      Silent use of tablets, smart phones, personal digital assistants and electronic readers is permitted in hand-held fashion or placed flat on tables. 

      Corner Bar

      Silent use of laptop computers, tablets, PDA's, smart phones, electronic readers and all cellular telephones is permitted at all times. Audio use of such devices is permitted in a quiet, brief, discreet fashion that is courteous to others. Extended phone conversations should occur in a private area, including the business station or private room.

      Private Rooms

      Audio and non-audio use of all electronic devices is permitted.

      THE BISTRO ranks as a favorite casual dining venue for members – denim-friendly, cell-phone-friendly, business-friendly, family-friendly … just, well, friendly. Enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner here, along with a warm welcome. 

      BREAKFAST: Monday–Friday – 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.  

      LUNCH: Monday–Friday – 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.  

      DINNER: 
      Monday–Thursday – 5:30 to 9:30 p.m.  
       Friday & Saturday – 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

    • Our SAINT LOUIS ROOM offers formal dining, The décor provides the perfect elegant backdrop for our cuisine and fine-dining service. Dinner in the Saint Louis Room is widely considered the finest fine dining in our region! 

      SAINT LOUIS ROOM BAR
      A quiet space for a cocktail, our fine-dining bar offers lush space for conversation and cocktailing.

      Visit for a soothing beverage at the end of the day. Spend a few minutes before you head to the theatre or to a business meeting. Wait here for friends or colleagues to gather before your dinner reservations … or … stay late for your favorite after-dinner libation. This space provides a complete departure from the faster-pace, higher-energy vibe of our CORNER BAR-- formal enough to make you feel oh-so-posh and pampered but not stogey, stiff or stuffy.

      We may embrace technology, but we still offer the human touch, too. Call The Saint Louis Club at 314-726-1964 between 8:30 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and between 2 and 8:00 pm Saturdays, and you’ll reach a living, breathing receptionist.

    • Take Interstate 70 East to Interstate 170 South.
      Exit at Ladue Road.
      Turn Right (East) on Ladue,
      Ladue becomes Maryland Avenue.
      Stay on Maryland to Hanley.
      Turn Right (South) onto Hanley.
      Go one block. Turn Left on Forsyth Boulevard.
      You’ll find our  parking entrance at the very first driveway on your Right.
      Park in any available space except those devoted to Bank of America or Chase Bank. Even spaces marked "Centene Reserved" are open to SAINT LOUIS CLUB members and guests.
      Then take the elevator to the Garage LEVEL 5, and walk directly into the Club.

       PARKING: We’ll happily validate your parking ticket.

  • FROM I-270 & HIGHWAY 364 (Page Avenue)
    • Take Page Avenue East to Interstate 170 South.
      Exit at Ladue Road.
      Turn Right (East) on Ladue.
      Ladue becomes Maryland Avenue.
      Stay on Maryland to Hanley.
      Turn Right (South) onto Hanley.
      Go one block. Turn Left on Forsyth Boulevard.
      You’ll find our parking entrance at the very first driveway on your Right.
      Park in any available space except those devoted to Bank of America or Chase Bank.
      Even spaces marked "Centene Reserved" are open to SAINT LOUIS CLUB members and guests.
      Then take the elevator to the Garage LEVEL 5, and walk directly into the Club.

  • FROM DOWNTOWN ST.LOUIS / ILLINOIS
    • Take Interstate 40/64 West.
      Exit onto Hanley Road.
      Turn Right (North) on Hanley.
      Continue to Forsyth Boulevard (about 1.5 miles).
      Turn Right on Forsyth, moving immediately into the right-hand lane while turning.
      You’ll find our parking entrance at the very first driveway on your Right.
      Park in any available space except those reserved for Bank of America or Chase Bank.
      Take the garage elevator to Level 5, and walk directly into the Club.

    • Take Interstate 40/64 East.
      Exit onto Interstate 170 North.
      Exit at Ladue Road.
      Turn Right (East) on Ladue.

      Turn Right (South) onto Hanley.
      Go one block. Turn Left on Forsyth Boulevard.
